Regarding Zoning of Lands within the City of Gravette
A public hearing will be held before the City of Gravette Planning Commission regarding a request to rezone a 0.68-acre tract of land located at 13609 W. AR 72 Hwy. in Gravette, Arkansas, identified as Parcel #11-00002-274 and owned by N & J Family Properties, LLC from A-1 Agricultural to C-2 Highway Commercial. The public hearing will be held at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, March 13, 2025, at the Gravette City Council Chambers located at 202 Main St. NE, Gravette, Arkansas.
